Our coffee journey begins with meticulous quality inspection, handpicking the finest cherries. Advanced machinery sorts and pulps them by density to ensure optimal quality. Controlled fermentation follows, maintaining high standards. Thorough manual sorting guarantees only exceptional beans progress. This careful process ensures the highest quality in every cup.
The Sun Dry
Our Coffee is dried on tables for 12 to 14 days under the sun, ensuring even drying and optimal quality. A final inspection is conducted to verify moisture levels, guaranteeing that each batch meets our high standards. This thorough process ensures the beans are perfectly prepared for the next stage.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
